One year ago, on July 4, 2025, I posted my first blog post. It was creatively titled, “First Blog Post“.

For the first three months, I didn’t tell anyone I was doing it. It was a top-secret project.

After three months, I told a few friends.

Earlier this year, I had the website professionally designed and then started sharing my posts on LinkedIn.

Today, I celebrate my 100th post!

From the beginning, the plan was to take baby steps to build a business speaking and training on leadership and personal development. I believe that good leadership can change the world. I want to help make the world a better place by providing everyday leaders with practical wisdom on how to lead themselves and their teams better. The world is changed by the cumulative effect of everyday leaders impacting the teams and communities they lead.

Along the way, I want to share how my faith in Jesus motivates and shapes my approach to leadership.

A few things I am working on for the near-term future:

• Video/audio options to accompany the written posts
• “A Month of Maxims” free booklet for current and new subscribers
• An in-person leadership workshop

I am having so much fun doing this. Thank you for coming along for the ride. Each of you is an incredible encouragement to me!
