Good leadership can change the world, which is why I am on a mission to help leaders become better leaders.

I am convinced that normal people can do amazing things and that everyday leaders and their teams can accomplish incredible things. Sometimes, all that is needed is a little extra help. I can provide that help.

I have led people and teams for over twenty-five years in both corporate and faith-based environments. I have learned much and am still learning. I want to share that with you and your team.

I live in the Dallas area. I have been married to Nicole for almost 30 years. Incredibly, we still like each other. We have three kids that we still like, too.
